If your insurance plan is not named in the list above, we are able to process insurance claims for most insurance groups as "out-of-network" providers. We are authorized "out-of-network" providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida.

For clients whose insurance company denies coverage, or for those who have exhausted their coverage or are wishing to pay for services privately, STAFL offers affordable private pay rates and various payment options including monthly package rates and PayPal invoicing and credit card payment processing.
